The Hidden Yoga Studio
Swaha Yoga 111 is tucked away on Vista del Sol Drive in Rancho Mirage, inside a warm Spanish-revival space surrounded by desert gardens. It feels like stepping into a yoga retreat — because that's exactly what we built. Founded by Narayani Swenning, every class is rooted in ancient teachings and fueled by breath, not trends.
Whether you're flowing through our signature SwahaBhava seven-doorway practice, surrendering into a crystal bowl sound bath, or building strength in a heated room, you'll find a community that welcomes you exactly as you are.

Power Vinyasa & Sound Healing
Palm Springs native with 4+ years teaching. Offers sound healing and pranayama practices. 'Together, we walk each other home.'
Restorative & Yin
Practicing since 2000 with certifications in Restorative and Yin. Previously at YogaWorks and The Den Meditation in LA. Her 5 R's: Restore, Relax, Rejuvenate, Reconnect, Renew.

Certified Yoga Teacher and Therapist with 17+ years of experience. Teaches Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, and Ashtanga with a focus on breath and alignment.
