Hot 60 is a structured posture sequence practiced in a heated room (95-105 degrees F). Because the sequence stays the same, you can track your progress over weeks and months — noticing where your balance improves, where your flexibility opens, and where your focus sharpens. Your first Hot 60 class

Bring a large towel, water, and light clothing. The room is heated to 95-105 degrees F. The sequence includes standing, balancing, backbending, and floor poses. Because the sequence doesn't change, you can focus on depth rather than learning new choreography. All levels welcome.
