Turn up the heat. Turn inward.
Hot Vinyasa at Swaha Yoga 111 brings the fluid movement of vinyasa into a heated room, linking breath to movement through sun salutations, standing poses, and deep stretches. The warmth encourages your muscles to release more deeply, helps flush toxins, and adds an extra layer of challenge that sharpens your focus.
Heat warms your muscles and connective tissue, allowing you to safely explore a fuller range of motion in every pose.
Sweating in a heated room helps your body release built-up tension and toxins. Most students leave feeling lighter and clearer.
Practicing in heat teaches you to stay calm and focused when things get uncomfortable — a skill that translates well beyond the mat.
The room is heated but not extreme — warm enough to sweat freely. Bring a large towel for your mat, plenty of water, and lightweight clothing. Hydrate well before class. All levels welcome with modifications always offered.
