What is Vinyasa?

Vinyasa at Swaha Yoga 111 is a fluid, creative practice that connects every breath to every movement. Our instructors guide you through sequences that build heat, strength, and flexibility — no two classes are the same. Modifications are always offered, making this accessible whether you're brand new or a seasoned practitioner.

Your first Vinyasa class

Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. You'll move through sun salutations, standing poses, balances, and floor work over about 60 minutes. Bring water and a towel — you'll build heat even without the room turned up. All levels welcome.
