Our instructors guide you through sequences that build heat, strength, and flexibility — no two classes are the same. Modifications are always offered, making this accessible whether you're brand new or a seasoned practitioner.

Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. You'll move through sun salutations, standing poses, balances, and floor work over about 60 minutes. Bring water and a towel — you'll build heat even without the room turned up. All levels welcome.
